On Tuesday, April 22, former Avondale High School standout Emily Beckas’ current college team, the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals, won 14-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Northwood Timberwolves.
The game took place at Fisher Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Timberwolves this season.
The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 2 p.m. at GVSU Softball Field against Grand Valley State Lakers.
