Avondale School District issued the following announcement on Feb 1.
CONGRATULATIONS Avondale Varsity Cheer – 2nd Place at the Troy High School Invitational! The team set a new school record for their score in Round 1 with a score of 231. They set a season high score in Round 2, and had a new season high total score of 747! The team will vie for the LEAGUE TITLE this Saturday (February 5th) at 1pm at Troy High School.
Grab your friends, throw on some purple and gold and come out to show the girls your support! GOOD LUCK to a MOST DESERVING group of hardworking athletes!
