On Friday, May 16, former Lake Orion High School standout Ryan Stimac’s current collegiate team the Grand Valley State Lakers lost 12-15 against the Northwood Timberwolves in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at GVSU Baseball Field at 2:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Northwood Timberwolves in the tournament.

The Grand Valley State Lakers’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 11 a.m. at GVSU Baseball Field.
