On Thursday, May 15, former Lake Orion High School standout Ryan Stimac’s current collegiate team the Grand Valley State Lakers lost 12-6 against the Missouri S&T Miners in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at GVSU Baseball Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Missouri S&T Miners in the tournament.

The Grand Valley State Lakers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 2:30 p.m. at GVSU Baseball Field.
