On Saturday, May 17, former Stoney Creek High School standout Emma Beyer’s current collegiate team the Trine Thunder won 9-1 against the UW Eau Claire Blugolds in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at SportONE – Parkview Softball Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the UW Eau Claire Blugolds in the tournament.

The Trine Thunder’s next game will take place on Thursday, May 22 at 2 p.m. at SportONE – Parkview Softball Field.
