On Saturday, March 29, former Lake Orion High School standout Ryan McCartan’s current college team, the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals, won 17-11 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the William Jewell Cardinals.

The game took place at Talley Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 2 p.m. at Talley Stadium against William Jewell Cardinals.
