In his first tweet at 2:20 a.m., Maddock stated, “Michigan taxpayers spend $108.89 a day per kid in public schools “.

Later that morning at 3:56 a.m., he commented on mental health resources in schools, writing, “Translation: we need to hire two million purple and green haired mental health crisis counselors. One for every kid in public skools.”

By the afternoon, Maddock highlighted administrative staffing levels with another post: “Get this. National average administrator to teacher ratio is 1:36. In Michigan, it’s 1:8”.
