Matt Maddock, a Michigan state representative, shared several posts on March 30, 2026, expressing views on government functions and nonprofit organizations.

In his first post that morning, Maddock referenced Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents and the former president: “TSA Agents getting paid as you read this Monday morning. It will take about ten hours to get them all paid. Thank you President Trump!” (March 30, 2026).

Later in the day, Maddock criticized governmental involvement in building regulations: “Building permits, inspections, bonds and fees are all something that the guberment should not be doing because it can all be done by the private sector in the arena of insurance.” (March 30, 2026).

In another post that evening, Maddock alleged links between a nonprofit organization and George Soros: “This communist nonprofit is funded by Soros and other communists to the tune of 90 million a year. They recruit 16-24yr old kids to the communist party. That’s all they do and they do it well. They are texting your kids this message today: https://t.co/awesoTTI1e” (March 30, 2026).

Maddock has been an outspoken member of Michigan’s House of Representatives known for his conservative positions on government spending and regulatory policies.
