On Saturday, April 12, former Lake Orion High School standout Chris Hege’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UT Martin Skyhawks.

The game took place at Skyhawk Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Skyhawks this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Skyhawk Baseball Field against UT Martin Skyhawks.
