On Saturday, March 29, former Lake Orion High School standout Chris Hege’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.

The game took place at Capaha Field. This was their third matchup against the Redhawks this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 4:05 p.m. at Billiken Sports Center against Saint Louis Billikens.
