On Sunday, March 23, former Oxford High School standout Gavin Walters’ current college team, the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons, won 20-16 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Youngstown State Penguins.

The game took place at Eastwood Field. This was their third matchup against the Penguins this season.

The Mastodons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at Mastodon Field against Toledo Rockets.
