Rochester Community School District issued the following announcement on Aug 6.
The first day of school for the 2021-22 school year is Monday, Aug. 30, which will be a half day for all students districtwide. The bell times for each school can be found here: http://ow.ly/lCav50FLj91.
2021-22 CALENDAR REMINDERS
• Monday, Aug. 30: Half day of school districtwide.
• Tuesday, Aug. 31: Full day of school for grades 1-12 and ATPS (Adult Transition Program and Services). Transitional kindergarten and kindergarten partial classes report (last name A-M approximately).
• Wednesday, Sept. 1: Full day of school for grades 1-12 and ATPS. Transitional kindergarten and kindergarten partial classes report (last name N-Z approximately).
• Thursday, Sept. 2: Regular day districtwide.
• Friday, Sept. 3 - Monday, Sept. 6: No school. Labor Day recess.
• Tuesday, Sept. 7: Regular school days resume.
