The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Brian Steven Jaye, Committee to Elect Brian Jaye, refunded $2,000 to Paul Schwartz on March 5, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Committee to Elect Brian Jaye has refunded $2,000 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
