Oakland Educational Leaders Speak Out About Importance of Transit

  • Oakland University president, Oakland Community College chancellor, and Oakland Schools superintendent encourage voters to learn more about Oakland Transit millage question before going to the polls next week.
Pontiac, Michigan – The leaders of Oakland University, Oakland Community College, and Oakland Schools are sounding off about why public transit is vital to students and staff and educating our region's future work force. The statements come a week before Oakland County voters decide about Oakland Transit, a countywide millage to support transportation solutions. To learn more, click on oakgov.com/OaklandTransit.:
