Jordan Zlotoff, CEO of M1 Concourse, speaks on "The Frank Beckmann Show" about his exciting announcement for a reveal ceremony M1 has planned for the new state-of-the-art event center and restaurant facility.

M1 Concourse is planning a 28,000-square-foot event center and public-facing restaurant facility, which will host various public events, such as car shows, Zlotoff said. 

"This will be the first permanent public-facing facility," he said on the radio show. "So the restaurant will be open seven days a week when it opens in another year. When the building is complete, we'll will be welcoming the public in every day to enjoy the motor sports activities. The restaurant will feature a second floor, a rooftop balcony that overlooks the track. So you can have a burger and a drink and enjoy all the motor sports action."

The event center will revolve around a motor sports theme, with M1 still finalizing discussions with restaurant operators. Zlotoff expects an announcement on the restaurants and menu will coming out very soon. 

"But I can tell you the design of the building is complete, and we're excited to be breaking ground today," he said on the show.

The event center and the restaurant will be open year-round, but events and performances will be more likely to take place between April and November once the facility opens due to warmer temperatures. 

"So those are the best times of year to come out, but the restaurant will be open year-round when folks come out on Concourse, they're likely to see a number of things. Like you said, we're a little bit of a country club," Zlotoff said on the show. "I like to say we're a country club for people who don't like snobby country clubs, in the sense that we're a community of people who are excited about cars and gearheads. But we don't have a big ego about it. If you've got a car and you like to drive, you're welcome to be a part of this community."

The facility will offer high-performance lessons and driving instruction. Members can rent a garage at the facility and take lessons, but nonmembers can also participate in lessons and instruction. 

The center offers garages from 500 square feet to 2,400 square feet, with 40% already sold, while the facility is still under construction. 

"And I'm sure you realize -- I'm not sure about all of your listeners -- but it's more than just the car storage," Zlotoff said on the show. "These are private entertainment suites. Many of them overlook the actual track, and it's like having a private box suite at Ford Field or Little Caesars Arena, except instead of overlooking a basketball game or football game, you're actually overlooking the track. Like you're watching a Formula race and just taking in all the the motor sports action."

Beckmann called the new facility "the ultimate man cave," especially because M1 is sparing no expense in the development of this project.
