Pontiac Regional Chamber issued the following announcement on Dec. 13.
“ICYMI: #OaklandCounty is giving local bars and #restaurants additional stabilization grants in effort to support area businesses impacted by #COVID19. The funds are part of the new #OaklandTogether Restaurant Relief Program, which will use $7 million of the county's federal #CARESAct allocation and $3 million from its general fund: https://bit.ly/3oq8fF1
The $10 million program will allocate funds based on three categories and will partner with local chambers of commerce and downtown development authorities to distribute monies.
