Oxford Community Schools issued the following announcement on Oct 14.
Superintendent Tim Throne announced last night at the school board meeting that he will retire from Oxford Community Schools after the first of the year (2022) after seven years as the superintendent and 21 years with the District. The District is thankful for Supt. Throne's leadership. He will be sincerely missed.
