City of Rochester Hills issued the following announcement on Oct 19.
Update: Innovation Hills main parking lot will be closed Tuesday, October 26 and Wednesday, October 27 for parking lot updates. The park will remain open and parking will be available on the south side of Hamlin Road. Please use designated crosswalks.
