City of Pontiac issued the following announcement on Nov 2.
Yard Waste Collection Ends November 30th
The collection of yard waste ends November 30th. Please remember yard waste must be in 30-gallon paper bags or a 10-35 gallon trashcan with a yard waste sticker clearly visible (limit 10 bags per week). Twigs up to 2" in diameter and 4' long tied up with rope or twine are accepted. Raking yard waste or other debris into the street is a violation of City Ordinance and may result in a fine.
