Oxford Community Schools recently issued the following announcement.
Mrs. Trombly's fourth-grade class reached out to our community to celebrate Veterans Day today. They Zoomed with Mr. Ian Grech who was in the Navy for 15 years. He spent time across the world, but is most proud of building a water well and a school in Africa.
They also Zoomed with Mr. Ryan Smith who is a former Marine. He told them exciting stories of his experiences with training, traveling across the world, and how joining the Marines helped him commit to college.
