Almost 75% of my clientele is seeing me for some sort of upper body pain.
Through covid I’ve realized many many people work from home now days, more and more are moving to desk jobs, and not enough are getting help for the pain they’re feeling on a day to day basis. Day to day poor posture is becoming a larger issue. Upper back, shoulder, and neck pain has been a HUGE problem that doesn’t seem to be slowing down at all.
When I work the upper body, I focus on all of the muscles surrounding the scapula (shoulder blade) and move around to working on the shoulders, then the neck. I’ll also use my cups to get double the work done in the amount of time I’ve got!
