Lake Orion Community Schools issued the following announcement on Dec 9.
On December 9th, 8th graders had the opportunity to come to the media center during lunch to attend a live webinar from Makerbot about careers in 3D printing. The speaker explained to students what program and printer he uses for his work. Scripps students were excited to see that the program he uses owns Tinkercad, which is the program Scripps students use and that he uses the Makerbot Method X printer, while Scripps students use the Makerbot Sketch printer. We are excited that students are already using the right tools for success!
