Village of Oxford issued the following announcement on Dec 17.
Oakland County grieves the loss of life and injuries at Oxford High School and continues to provide support for students, families, faculty and teachers and the extended Oxford school community.
The county’s Emergency Operations Center and Incident Management Team were activated within minutes of the tragedy and continue to provide support for community events.
The county’s Health Division recently held three community resource events to provide mental health and other services in Oxford, Pontiac and Southfield.
