Distracted Driving Awareness Month

Auburn Hills Police Department issued the following announcement on Apr 6.

April is #DistractedDriving Awareness Month. The Auburn Hills Police Department is joining law enforcement agencies from across the United States to participate in Connect to Disconnect, a 4-hour nationwide distracted driving enforcement and awareness initiative. 

On April 7th, 2022 from 2:00pm-6:00pm, we will be taking a zero tolerance approach to distracted driving. The goal of this month is to increase driver compliance with distracted driving laws. If you drive distracted you will receive a ticket.
