Honor Community Health's school-based team here in Pontiac is hosting an event at their Baldwin Family Medicine Center for National Health Center Week.
On August 11th from 11am-3pm they will be providing sports physicals/wellness checks, immunizations, dental services, haircuts, resources, enrollment, and more fun activities.
