Sunday, Feb. 16: Lake Orion High School standout Evan Waters’ college team loses to Houston Christian Huskies

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Lake Orion High School standout Evan Waters’ current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Houston Christian Huskies.

The game took place at Husky Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at Benedetti Diamond against San Francisco Dons.
