The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) and Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) are continuing to work on the second phase of significant infrastructure improvements in the area of the Avon Road corridor between Dequindre Road and 23 Mile Road on the Rochester Hills and Shelby Township border.
