City of Pontiac issued the following announcement on April 17.
Bulk Pickup to start April 20th: Advanced Disposal will restart bulk pickup and clean up the entire City. Advanced Disposal will run all 5 days and then go back to the every other week schedule the following week. Advanced Disposal will increase the limit to 4 items. We are asking residents to bag their mattresses and box springs to help mitigate any safety concerns for the drivers
Yard Waste to restart April 27th. We will run a couple trucks to get cleaned up.
LAND FILL DAYS April 25th has been cancelled. The Governor’s order is still in place and the transfer station will be closed.
