City of Rochester issued the following announcement on Sept 3.
Rochester will recognize the heroes and victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks with a service that will start at 9:30 a.m.
This outdoor event will take place at Heroes Point, at the Rochester Fire Department (277 E. Second Street). All are welcome.
