Oxford Township's office staff went gaga over Spanky, a delightful 4-month-old mixed breed. The playful pup brought his human, Oxford resident Jeanne-Marie Zaniricci, to the treasurer's counter to purchase his first dog license. Thank you for brightening our Friday! Come back anytime!
