Congrats, Beautification Award Winners!Oxford Township wishes to extend its heartiest congratulations to the 2022 Beautification Award winners in Oxford Village.
Six handsome homes, two classy commercial properties and one spiffy municipal property are being honored by the village's Beautification Commission as part of its 30th annual awards program.
This year's winners are:
• 57 Dennison St. – Paul and Mary Margaret Garavaglia
• 53 Dennison St. – Adam and Kristi Wiegand
• 151 East St. – Ken and Phyllis Miskin
• Oxford Fire Station #1 (96 N. Washington St.)
• Closets by Design (500 S. Glaspie St.) – Gary Dion and Matt Dion
• Village Manor Apartments (75 Pontiac St.)
• 520 Lakes Edge Dr. – Gary and Donna Ledger
• 500 Lakes Edge Dr. – Jeffery and Lana Sioma
• 496 Sunset Blvd. – Jose and Rosemary Rivera
Winning properties were selected by the Beautification Commission based on landscaping, upkeep, repairs and improvements. The Beautification Awards program is designed to encourage residential and commercial property owners to maintain and enhance their homes, yards, buildings and grounds. The goal is to improve the overall appearance of Oxford Village.
It's quite obvious that the 2022 winners have expended tremendous amounts of time, sweat, skill and money transforming their properties into showplaces. Oxford Township sincerely appreciates their efforts. Thank you for making our community look marvelous! Bravo to everyone!
