Congratulations to Lieutenant Michelle Hesse, who was recognized today by the Oakland Community Health Network as the Crisis Intervention Team Law Enforcement Executive of the Year. Lieutenant Hesse does a tremendous job of leading our Mental Health Co-Response Program in partnership with Bloomfield Township, Birmingham, and Rochester Police Departments. She also trains numerous officers from around Oakland County in Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training and CIT-Youth training.
We are extremely proud of her and all that she does for our community. Congratulations Lieutenant Hesse! Well deserved!
