Representative Lisa McClain, serving Michigan's 9th District in the U.S. Congress since 2021, recently shared a series of tweets addressing various issues. McClain, who joined Congress after replacing Paul Mitchell, is known for her outspoken views on national security and crime.

On November 25, 2024, McClain invited followers to watch her appearance on Fox News by tweeting: "Tune into @FoxNews at 11 am ET, where I'll join the @FaulknerFocus!"

Later that day, she addressed crime incidents in Oakland County and criticized current border policies. She stated: "Laken Riley was not an isolated incident. The Oakland County gang break-ins are not isolated incidents. Walgreens locking up merchandise is not an isolated incident. Violent criminals have poured over the border, and Republicans will put a stop to it."

On November 26, 2024, McClain commented on immigration policy and its consequences with regard to a specific tragedy involving Pastor Singleton. She tweeted: "The illegal immigrant should not be here, & Pastor Singleton should still be with us. Biden & Harris are again to blame for the killings of innocent Americans at the hands of illegal immigrants. Praying for justice & comfort for Pastor Singleton’s family."
