Representative Lisa McClain, serving Michigan's 9th district in the U.S. Congress since 2021, shared several statements on February 4, 2025, through her social media platform. These posts touched on various topics including a birthday celebration for a notable organization, an observance of World Cancer Day, and a significant political decision by former President Trump.

On February 4, 2025, McClain extended her wishes to the United Service Organizations (USO) on its anniversary. She stated: "Please join me in wishing a happy 84th birthday to @The_USO. Thank you for all you have done to serve those in uniform across our country."

Later that day, she addressed the global health challenge posed by cancer. Her post read: "Every one of us has been affected by cancer in some form or another. On World Cancer Day, let’s remember those we have lost and be strong for those currently fighting a disease. Each day we fight, we are one step closer to finding cures."

In another statement made later that evening, McClain commented on recent executive actions taken by former President Donald Trump regarding international organizations. She remarked: "President Trump just signed Executive Orders withdrawing the United States from the UN Human Rights Council, UNRWA, and UNESCO because of deep anti-American bias. This is the definition of putting America FIRST."
