Representative Lisa McClain, serving Michigan's 9th district in the U.S. Congress since 2021, recently shared her views on social media regarding political dynamics and public safety. Born in Stockbridge, Michigan, McClain graduated from Northwood University with a BBA and resides in Bruce.

On March 25, 2025, McClain expressed concerns about the current state of the Democratic Party. She stated that "Socialists are defining the Democrats’ identity amidst the leadership void." She speculated that this could lead to "more Democrat infighting, fearmongering, and advocacy for an even more extreme agenda."

In another tweet on the same day, McClain commented on recent actions involving electric vehicles. She remarked that "A year ago, the left loved electric vehicles." Now she observes they are vandalizing Teslas owned by Democrats themselves, describing it as "Democrat-on-Democrat crime."

Later that day, McClain shifted focus to national security issues. She emphasized that "The American People want safety and security." According to her post, citizens conveyed this message in November elections and she credited @POTUS for delivering results.
